With decades of mortgage experience, Kathy helps clients navigate everything from straightforward home purchases and refinances to construction, manufactured housing, investment properties, and more complex financing situations. Based in San Antonio, Kathy serves clients throughout Texas and is also licensed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Kathy believes the right mortgage starts with understanding the client—not simply processing the loan. She takes the time to understand your goals, explain your options clearly, and develop a financing strategy designed around what you're trying to accomplish. Coming from a military family, Kathy has a personal connection to those who serve. Her father and brother both served in the military, giving her a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by service members and their families. Combined with her extensive experience with VA financing, that connection has made helping veterans and military families an especially meaningful part of her career. She believes veterans deserve an experienced advocate who understands their earned VA benefits and knows how to help them make the most of them. You work directly with Kathy throughout the process, with clear communication and experienced guidance from your first conversation through closing. Weekday appointments are available, with select evening and weekend times available upon request.
